The Spark of Inspiration:
Ten years ago, I had a family photo custom-printed on a tee for my parents.
When I saw it again years later, the fabric had faded, but the vivid joy it held seemed to pierce right through time and hit me all over again.
It struck me then:
What we’re customizing isn’t an object—it’s a moment we don’t want to forget, a “better” version of ourselves we long to express.
The Problem Behind the Beauty:
But as a DIY enthusiast, I also knew the frustrations behind that beauty:
high minimum order quantities,
distorted colors,
endless waits,
piles of unsold inventory…
Why did creating something meaningful have to be so difficult, so limiting, so wasteful?
