How long does delivery take?

Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3-15 business days. We use reliable international logistics to ensure your printer arrives safely.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order, but it depends on the item’s condition and category:

  • Printers/Machines: Can only be returned within 7 days and must NOT have been filled with ink. Once ink is added, returns are not accepted.
  • General Items: Must be unused, in original packaging, and reported within 30 days.
  • Defective Items: Contact after-service within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
  • Non-returnable: Sale items, gift cards, and custom products.

How to start a return:

  1. Email first: You must contact afterservice@colorsun.com for approval. (Unrequested returns will be rejected).
  2. Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
