Will white ink clog? What features help reduce clogging?
White ink requires regular maintenance on any DTF system, but the X13 is designed to reduce clogging risk. It uses an Epson I3200 printhead for reliability, along with an advanced white-ink agitation & circulation system, plus self-cleaning and automatic moisturizing (capping/humidifying) features to help extend printhead life.
Can I cancel or request a refund?

After ink is added: Once ink has been added to the machine, refunds are not supported unless there is a special/exceptional situation.
